Where is my access code?
It will be in the email sent after your eligible resource purchase is confirmed. Check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find it.
What counts as a download session?
A session starts when you select a pack’s download button. Viewing your packs does not use a session. Each pack includes two sessions, with a 30-minute retry window for each session.
What if my download is interrupted?
Return to your pack and choose “Download again” during the retry window. It uses the same session. After that window, another download uses your next session. A session records access to the file; it cannot confirm that your device saved it.
Can I use the files on another device?
Enter the same access code on the other device. The remaining sessions belong to your purchased pack and are shared across devices. Permitted classroom and school use will be explained in the approved resource licence supplied with your pack.
